Correct she was never given a title of Darth and she was trained by a Sith that had a Master making her not a Sith

Savage Opress is a Sith though. I'm not trying to argue that she should be a Sith, just that she could count as one based on him

Savage was a Sith because Maul was his Master and Maul wasnt the apprentice of Sidious as Sidious was Dooku's master.

Ventress will never be a Sith because Dooku was Sidious's Apprentice. An Apprentice cannot have a Sith apprentice under the new rule of two

Rules are meant to be broken. It is not like it is a super steadfast rule.
The story line was going back to multiple sith before Disney came about and threw out the story line.
Sid being a master with dooku as an apprentice and Maul being a master with Savage as an apprentice broke the rule of 2. That was like the 2 rules of 2.
The only that has the true answer to any of this is Disney/Lucas Films that has to approve the tags anyway.

The Rule Of Two there can be more Sith than two at one time but the Sith have to kill each other until there is only 2 like Sidious did to Savage and aftet that he didnt see Maul as a Sith and left him alive to suffer.

Yeah Disney get the say and on Star Wars.com it says Ventress was not a Sith. So it will never happen anyway unless its changed
