What is purpose of wait times after raid opens?
Is the purpose to say get on now it’s ready but wait for later time to auto. Or is it meant to give players time if they r late to attack a change for that?

The more people join the raid, the more rewards for the guild as a whole. You really want as many guild members as possible join the raids instead of launching it and then finish it after 10—30 minutes with only a few guild members receiving rewards.
