My account has been blocked. How can I regain access?

Account access is blocked, no violation history. Support sends me to LucifersDaddy, but I can't contact him. What should I do? I don't want to lose 10 years of gaming.

I'm sorry, we won't know through the EA Forums why your account might be banned. And I'm sorry the support team recommended going through LucifersDaddy. The appeal process for SWGOH used to be to connect with LucifersDaddy, but that's changed since.

The way to appeal a ban or suspension now for SWGOH is to send in a ban appeal by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/BdaiA13JqiaZGDPbA

The account looks clean. When you say ‘blocked’ what message do you see when you open the game?

blocked on 06.12.25, when you launch the game, the account is locked, the account is locked due to repeated violations

Yeah can’t really help you there and must be something else that triggered CG. Have you refunded any purchases? Sounds crazy but apparently that’s a bannable offence

I didn't make any purchases in this game, and I certainly didn't try to return anything. But what should I do now?

Got to keep trying with CG. I’d say reach out to Meathead but I believe he’s on vacation until new year
