What is the point of legacy championship points?

Does there need to be a "point"? We've been accumulating those points for a long time....there is no reason to just get rid of them off the profile.

GAC is to show who the best of the best are. Just cause they changed the mode doesn't negate the previous ranks people have achieved.

I’m just sad I was one GAC away from breaking a million points :(

It is still a good indicator on how strong the opponent is. Until the skill point system is balanced, we will not have any other comparable measurement for a while.

And a way to roughly tell how good your opponent is at GAC, or how seriously they take it.
