My motivation comes from playing with my guildmates. I don't really care for GAC, but I take it seriously for the crystal income. I feel the same way about the Conquest grind, although at least CG created some interesting boss mechanics this time. I come on here to vent my frustration because this game has the potential to be so much more than its current state. Honestly, I don't know how much longer I will continue playing, but I've had fun with an amazing group of people.
