What on earth is Phoenix squadron?

I could see it now:

"Human Cyborg Relations: C3P0 Talks, and all enemies are dazed for 3 turns. 50% Chance of talking random enemy to defeat."

I Have to Tell the Others: C3P0 completely falls apart after any blaster attack. If Chewbacca is present, C3P0's head and torso revive after 15 turns. If Lando is present, he will ask if you need help with your Droid. And your Arena team.
