I understand what you're saying the developers said but still in my book it's ignorant. and in my book the 3rd Trilogy is something I consider "current". so what's up with Luke, Leia, and Rey? they sure didn't add or leave what's his face as a stormtrooper or first order trooper or whatever they're called. they updated him to his current end of movie state. for that matter where is the force awakens Han and Chewie?

or course I'm letting the fact slide that somehow someone even managed to find Luke's light saber. I also think they missed a golden opportunity when they updated kylo crybaby to make him cry when he gets attacked! :smile:
