I would GLADLY pay for a monthly subscription ($10-$15) if I received the following:
- Unlimited Hard Node Attempts Daily
- Increased Energy Bonuses (2x) and/or passive Energy Regeneration (x2 at least)
- Unlimited Energy when not using SIM Tickets (Perhaps only for Normal Battles / Mod Battles / Mod Challenges so characters can't be farmed quickly from Cantina or Hard Nodes.)
In order for me to pay for something I need to feel like I'm getting "more game" for my monetary investment. I'm currently subscribed to FFXIV because I can play as much as I want, farm as much as I want, and progress as quickly as I can without feeling limited. Paying for characters / Gear in SWGoH feels like I'm paying so I can play the game LESS because I have less to work towards since you're paying for Mods / Characters / Gear. By increasing the amount of time I can actually play I would feel like I'm getting actual value in the game because I can play longer and have more fun.
No monetary amount will be low enough that I would pay for characters, gear, or mods directly. It's just paying to not play which is backwards to me.
