Can someone clarify what the changes are? I thought DS GEO TB already required DS Chars?

Dooku and AV, Nute and Droids etc special missions require specific characters. I believe we can use any characters that meet the power requirements.
Dooku was a character that's leading to increased vanishing button reports, I expect this is a quick fix whilst they work on the root problem.
