Totally appreciated, I even sent Crumb an inbox message to say thank you for even considering/acknowledging. I'm not one way or the other about it.. Clearly there are some changes being made, and that is cool I guess. Starwars.com was never really leveraged before so I don't know if that is good or bad they are getting involved. However, if I responded to a co-worker, manager, or customer with a we are looking into it then said nothing for two weeks, I could expect the same thing I see here on the forums. I came here just to peek at what was coming, and guess I will wait longer, it's really just bad form on their part, but whatever I am still playing so I guess they don't need to alter the way they do it, until as TopHat said they are forced to change it because of some massive "Exodus".

no one is here saying they are doing good or better at communicating (although many post like anything not negative is praising them). but this is not a "normal circumstance" and while a followup would be appreciated, there could also be some consideration for the circumstances.

I have a distributor who as ghosted my purchasing department for just about 2 weeks now on a simple quote, but we are giving him a little slack and just reaching out to ask for an update, not thinking in any way that "what you see here" should be seen as the way to respond or blame him for this abnormal situation. So I think we will have to agree to disagree with "expect the same thing I see here".
