So, no. The wounds are not self-inflicted.
To deny they are bad at communication is to say they are good with communication. That is absolutely absurd. they have not written since GLs came out, once to acknowledge any bugs found involving these extremely expensive characters. This is only one example, but to be honest, they have 0 interaction with the community. People have questions, concerns, bugs, etc. and they haven't so much as even acknowledge the existence of any of it. *i'm not trying to complain, just trying to point out that the "communication" is indeed awful.
It's not one or the other. Just because I don't enjoy eating mushrooms doesnt mean I dont like them. They are whatever, I dont pick them out of my food I just dont order a plate full of them.
Point being to say they aren't bad at communicating does NOT mean they are good at it. They communicate when they desire to. Just because you want something more doesnt mean you get it. Just because you dont get something doesn't make the person withholding bad. The simple fact is that they currently have nothing to tell us, I wish they did as well. Doesnt make them bad communicators.
There is an update pretty much every 2 weeks, this is week 2 since the last update. We shall see what happens. I suggest patience.
