What's everyone's thoughts about booting players during TB?

My guild is a TB focus guild (all commands on Discord, 600/day required, raid 24/0 rule, CMW minimums, CMWs done by cutoff time then deploy later etc.) We have a player (I'm not gonna name him/her)...

if you wanna kick him, do it after the rewards, behavior like this is bad, but kicking before rewards is really mean.
