What's everyone's thoughts about booting players during TB?

My guild is a TB focus guild (all commands on Discord, 600/day required, raid 24/0 rule, CMW minimums, CMWs done by cutoff time then deploy later etc.) We have a player (I'm not gonna name him/her)...

My thoughts exactly. There might be good reasons for his behavior, the influence from the infamous Real Life (TM).

Write a pm to him on Discord, give him 1 day to respond, kick him if no good explanation is given. Move on.


He hasn't been on Discord for a week...
