What's everyone's thoughts about booting players during TB?

My guild is a TB focus guild (all commands on Discord, 600/day required, raid 24/0 rule, CMW minimums, CMWs done by cutoff time then deploy later etc.) We have a player (I'm not gonna name him/her)...

I don't disagree with kicking him, but do it straight away rather than letting him hang around knowing full well he's going to get kicked before rewards.
