you ever thought that your "deploy time" is no good for him it might be his family time, bed time, work time whatever and thats why he is deploying when he can?
also the fact that he has not been on discord means nothing.. maybe the guy has had a busy week and hes not glued to his discord 24/7...
let him get his rewards for actually helping the guild for a week and then kick him if thats what you want but its a pretty poor reason to kick anyone who is actually contributing daily.
whats your guild name btw so anyone reading knows not to join if their time for being able to play a game doesnt suit you
