What's everyone's thoughts about booting players during TB?

My guild is a TB focus guild (all commands on Discord, 600/day required, raid 24/0 rule, CMW minimums, CMWs done by cutoff time then deploy later etc.) We have a player (I'm not gonna name him/her)...

I'd have no issue booting him when an infraction occurred regardless of where you are in TB. However to purposely wait for him to contribute and then kick him is pretty devious and underhanded. Wait one more day and then kick him.
