What's the earliest month that you wouldn't mind a level cap increase?

This will be unpopular, but I don't want the level cap to change for awhile. My reason for this is completely selfish; I want a chance to catch up. I took a two month break and now that I'm playing regularly again, I'm gaining ground but still far behind others in my shard. I'll always be at a disadvantage, especially since I'm also f2p, but if I could have 2-3 months to gain the 13 more levels I need to get to 85, that could be huge.
