When do we have GL Rey buffed too?

I ask you to give an answer to people who in this game are someone more than an ordinary player. I began to collect Rey, choosing the PVP path. Is it possible to somehow return everything that was given to receive this, I'm sorry, a piece of unnecessary stone?
