It was supposed to end on the 18th originally: "In addition to the festivities detailed above, there will be Double Drops in the Cantina for 5 days, so be sure to join in the celebration!". (SOURCE) 5 days meant 13th-18th.
However, once problems with the Rise Together event began, they stated "In addition, Double Drops in Cantina Battles have been extended an extra day" (SOURCE)
