When is EP viable in arena
I'll be able to 7* EP tomorrow. My arena team is Lando (L) STH, JKA, Phasma, QGJ. Who does EP replace in that team? Im on a December 2015 shard and place between 50 and 60 in arena.

I use 5* G10 197 speed palp on a late march shard and can rank at least top 10 every day using him as the leadership for my empire team. At minimum I would say use him at 5* G8 150 speed, though to rank up the very top he really needs to be G10 and around 200 speed. Probably best to remove Phasma and qui gon and replace them with EP and tie fighter pilot (TFP) who is farmable in cantina 4B.
TFP will usually get first turn unless it's against a well sped up wiggs, so he can buff immunity enemy tanks before they get the chance to taunt, meaning that dispel won't even be needed unless the tank is a shoretrooper or baze malbus. TFP is also capable of large amounts of damage (mine can crit for 20k+) when every enemy is debuffed, and he is highly geared (gear 9 or higher) and well modded, not to mention his turn meter gain that can allow this to happen a lot.
Lastly if you have shoretrooper or are able to get him somehow, I would recommend building a full empire team, if not I would stick to a more hybrid team if you want to use EP
