When TB ends, will the next start immediately?

Is there any time between the end of this one and the start of the next? What window will there be for guilds to add new members going forward? We have a few guys that want to join my guild, after...

If you have kids, you have no free time Friday through Sunday. I think the 24 hour phases are far better for player QOL.
