When TB ends, will the next start immediately?

Is there any time between the end of this one and the start of the next? What window will there be for guilds to add new members going forward? We have a few guys that want to join my guild, after...

I don't think that's true. I have far less game time on the weekend than during the week. Think most with kids would agree.
