Where has the galactic bounties event gone?

Haven't seen this event pop up for a while. Is it being discontinued? I have a couple of guildmates wanting to get the last 10 shards for Visas Marr to get her 7* with the event when it comes around n...

Doesn’t say rare event. They just keep slipping through the cracks during scheduling and when pointed out the response is “its coming”.

It said rare event on the in-game event page when it was in-game. swgohevents.com is not an official site.
