Where is BAZE MALBUS?

After recent updates in stores, I find Baze Malbus disappeared. Cause he was my priority toon to farm. Is it cause of bugs or I wait for further Refreshes.
Additionally, please make shards available to purchase each at a time because I can not save crystals or tickets that much for purchases. If 50 crystals would be able for purchases (any) then that would be great.

    Your Baze shards are hanging out with my Fulcrum shards apparently.

    I purchase Energy because that is most needed and affordable with those crystals. That energy I spend for gear salvages or character shards. I try my best to drop them more but in vain.
