There's a very simple fix, and unless their database is set up in a very complicated fashion, it should be fairly easy to determine who is in the affected time zones - it is hard to believe they wouldn't have this information - and only a bit more complicated to work out who participated in the event. It isn't rocket science. It might take some time, but if that's the case then all they'd have to do is tell us they're working on it, and we feel like the issue is being fully acknowledged, understood on a regional basis, and is being taken seriously.

If you don't tell someone their behaviour or performance is poor, they don't learn and then repeat the same mistakes. If you roll over and let this go unprotested, they don't see it as a problem, no review of procedures happens, and more regional stuff ups occur. I get that complaining about this stuff isn't for everyone, but if no-one is stubborn enough to do it, then nothing will get done.

I absolutely agree with you, however, this is the first time it's happened since the credit heist has occurred. I'm sure there's a fix for it.
