Only 10 away from unlocking this character, and not seeing ANY shards populating for purchase... Extremely frustrating as Ive spent close to 500 chards on refreshes. Does anyone have any idea what...

Presumably, they have been moved. It’s not a month either, I’d say about 2-3 weeks
