Which mods for Captain Phasma? (please help)

I use Captain Phasma very often and would like to know which mods I should use. She is at level 76 and has 17,000 health with 12,500 protection, and deals an average of 2,800-3,200 dmg with her basic ...

I got pretty lucky with my speed mod pulls though.
