That's a tough one. They are both critical to have. I would say Lando first especially if we are talking about arena squads. Most of the time the match is over before Biggs gets that second chance to use his OHKO or Wedge is dead by then. Lando will at least get that 25% buff on one attack or even 2 in one match. If he gets 2 attacks than it's game over
