Scout for more TMR would be my choice. Teebo's special giving TM is nice giving Ewoks 100% TM, but too long a cooldown to be overly useful, and you should be gaining plenty TM through what you already have on the board.
Teebo has TMR on basic when stealthed too, but Scout hits harder.
