For the last time (here and probably anywhere, since you seem to have a pattern of typing without much advance discernment) this is what was said: "Speed will now be more important in calibration of a character’s damage output. Generally speaking, faster acting characters will see a damage reduction and slower characters will see an increase."
"More important in calibration". "Generally speaking".
These words mean things.
Your foolish decision to farm Anakin in 10 days was your foolish decision. You are distorting the truth by making it look like they said "here's this great guy with X stats, he can be yours for $500". That's NOT what happened.
