Who benefits most from a DEF boost from a mod?

What is your opinion? Is it a character with already high def? One with low def? Does it matter if its a %def mod or a #def mod? Does it matter how high protection/health is, or not? I wonder if ev...

Any math geniuses here know how to factor in armorPenetration into damage done? I had to use an approximation here.. Not happy with that.

AvgDamage * speed * armorPenetration = totalAttack

Trying to figure out the best possible formula to derive a stable multiplier for armorPenetration
