Who is considered a Pilot?

There are so many characters in the Star Wars universe that flew ships. I wonder if anyone who runs the game has said who are considered pilots. There are obvious answers Res Pilot, FOTP, Wedge, Biggs...

Yoda does not even need a Ship, he can fly around using the force.

Boba can also fly around without Ship with his Fettpack.
