Yes, there will always be those that don't/can't join but it is just really demoralizing when you know that there's ZERO chance...

I will amend my post for the bit added in frustration...
just so we are all aware, they are very unlikely to ever give any specific characters influence on matchmaking. so the number of GLs with or without ultimate is always something the players will have to deal with.
