Given that it has been 45 energy long before raids, and guilds, and tickets were a thing, I don't think that has anything to do with it. Though it could be that 600 tickets was set based in part of that.

You may be onto something here the game was launched in Nov 2015 in the heat of the debates for the election of the 45th president but we didnt know who it was going to be.
