Why do F2P players always have to let you know they're F2P?

Are F2P players the new vegan? Just about every thread has that one guy that pops in and says "I'm F2P blah blah and ea is just after my money blah blah oh did I say I was F2P, well I am..." Do...

Not responding to any post, just the title of the thread. Why do they need to let you know? Same reason vegans, crosstrainers, atheists, bible thumpers, Republicans, Democrats, potheads, etc. need to make their views known...just because.
