You don't see a problem with having to open Bronzium packs one by one?
The rest is possibly subjective. that one though.....
It is not subjective.
The fact that people hate coliseum is measurable. It is demonstrable. All the Youtube SWGOH content creators have seen a significant drop off in viewership. When did that drop off start? When CG kicked off coliseum.
This isn't just a drop off in viewership of newer content. This is a drop off of older, early game, assault battle, and team creation content. That means that not only have long time players quit. New players aren't starting. And who can blame them?
Further, my comment about the astonishingly stupid change to Mk I raid currency bundles is also measurable. It isn't subjective at all. That's why companies measure inventory turnover. And CG just made a change to dramatically decrease the inventory turnover of their customers. Older players won't care. Newer players (if CG gets any) will get hosed.

I'm going to disagree. Also, I think you should pick your fights.

I don't hate coliseum. I don't like it a such, but I like how I can see my progress. I truly hated Galactic Challenges and I much prefer coliseum to them. I'll readily admit I'm in the minority here, but it is subjective.

I'm with you about the change to Mk I purchasing, I don't like it. However, when it was originally brought up here, many people said they preferred it due the time it saved.
I'm not find it much of an inconvenience, but I am on your side of the fence. However, as several people prefer buying it bulk (but less often to save time) it is subjective.
I think CG has lost a lot of the 'trust factor' over the last year. Trust that we feel, they know what they're doing (this is a big one for me, I trusted that they did, I now think they're clueless) and trust they're doing something for the right reason. I mean if they've looked at the stats and see that having bulk purchasing is more prominent, then fair enough.

The change in bulk purchasing was brought up by whom precisely?
Some CG customer support shill?
I fail to see why someone would want to screw themselves over.
As far as who hates coliseum, the metrics are in and you are clearly in the minority.

There's been a few topics. This is the one I remember and got involved:

Which is what I said, it's still subjective though; your opinion vs mine.

There's a few issues I have with this, which don't make it conclusive. Don't get me wrong, I'm generally in agreement with most of your points. I believe though that there is a lot of 'opinion' here than fact.
Firstly, you cannot trust anything a YouTuber presents as 'fact'. They're making a video for you to watch. The more dramatic, the more views and the better they do. They want you to watch their overly-exaggerated PoV video.
Purchase graphs are not a constant. They're continually going up and down. There are peak and troughs for reasons we don't know or forget. You can present any graph to some point in the past that looks very poor in comparison.
I believe, that spending (rather disappointingly) was up during the first few characters of Coliseum. This probably buoyed CG into believing they were on the right path. So, it's difficult to see the 'true' figures. Figures from before, figures from now and 3 characters in and the 'real' long-term figures.
The worry, and what probably has happened (in my opinion) is that some long-term gamers have quit. I took a month of, seriously considering quitting (because of the PvP changes) and evaluated continuing. These have been replaced by new players that can see a better way in the game if they spend a fair bit of money. The Coliseum offers a very good avenue into the game for those little whales that want to grow into blue behemoths of the deep oceans.
What does this actually mean though? If the spenders that have gone are basically pass purchasers and the ones coming in are 7 star Coliseum players; how many of the new whales replaces the sporadic spenders? Is the environment healthier for this change in player-base? Will these new players stay or get bored and move on? In which case, were CG right in the distinct P2W moves they've made in the last 6 months?
I'm pretty sure Mr Clickbait YouTube doesn't know the answers, no matter how much he shouts.
I like you think CG have made a mistake, but..............it's my opinion. I think if............(saw this in another worry-mongering youtube video), that if CG plan to introduce a new Relic level every 6 months, I'll have to go; I'm not a big spender. However, I am competitive and love my PvP.
I think we (you and I) are right to be worried, and I think CG is in a precarious position that they may not fully understand. However, it's just what I think eh......my subjective opinion.

Was that me? If so I'm sorry. I meant it in a 'loving' way rather than a direct insult. If Duncan took offence, I'm sorry, it wasn't meant to be offensive. If I need to apologise or edit, I'm happy to do so.
