Why does Plo Koon suck so much?

His ship is not useful unless you are going to build a Republic team (I'm not). Heck, even Greedo's leader is better. Also, force judgement should be the actual thing, not some flash of light. Plo Koon is the second worst Jedi, and it's like the developers didn't even try. Anyone agree?

Him and the Jedi definitely need some work I agree. I have him slightly geared up and he is pretty lackluster to be generous.
