Why does Secrets and Shadows Challenge Tier 3 exist?

I'm sure most people who have attempted this are aware, but the event is completely impossible at this time. Every other Assault Battle has a way to overcome Challenge Tier 3, but without significant ...

That's what Seedy called it - I was just using it for consistency. I usually call it "Crankor" (in guild chat).
