Why does Secrets and Shadows Challenge Tier 3 exist?

I'm sure most people who have attempted this are aware, but the event is completely impossible at this time. Every other Assault Battle has a way to overcome Challenge Tier 3, but without significant ...

Just need timing on ground war, JKL lead, make sure to finish each round with Heroes Arise and you'll smash tier III.
