Why is Carth Onasi in Ships Hard Nodes?

Hi Dev’s Just wondering, Why is Carth Onasi in Ships Hard Nodes? If I can make a suggestion, is it possible just to have ships in Fleet battle hard nodes and not Character shards please? It’s reall...

Because that's where they chose to put him. How is it confusing? They told us exactly where he is. There are 6 other characters that were already in ship nodes. It's not like they did something new here.
