The problem is how CLS has been designed. Every other powerful toons have their pros balanced by cons. That is true for Vador, Yoda, Palpatine, Thrawn, etc. Somehow, this is not for CLS. Everything has been turned to eleven without any weakness to counterbalance. He is great on offense, great on defense (retribution for everyone), has great pools of health/protection, he is fast, resilient, etc.
