Yes, I’m unhappy with it. If GL Rey were better at PvP I’d be okay with her being far inferior for PvE. But the fact that she is now inferior in both makes me upset. Deal with it.

Personally I'm mad because the game takes like 20 minutes to load. When it does load it freezes and tells me my internet connection is bad. In arena the game makes a buzzing noise that is horrible and it even persists for 30 to 60 seconds after I close the app. All my other apps work fine and my internet connection is great no issues ever with anything hurt this game. The fact that the game messes up my phone shows how bad their code is... this isnt a phone issue either on my last phone swgoh would make the phone get so hot I actually burned my leg one day because it made my phone like 160 degrees like a pot of hot coffee.

Also the devs negotiate with cheaters and I've been sent screen shots by peoe in the game who I've had beefs with and they reported me and the devs response to them was that the devs will take actions to make ot more difficult for me to progress in the game whatever that means ... reducing my drop rates or whatever they can do on the back end to limit some accounts and let others have good luck...

Ahnold just exposed what I have known is happening and it's good more people see the truth.

I was that important.

This was back when Hoth TB was new and there was a bug that would allow guilds to get unlimited points by re deploying units. Several guilds were utilizing this bug to get additional stars in TB. The bug had been reported but was being censored on forums and CG wasn't fixing it for almost 2 months. A guild that had a forum mod (one of the former ones) was abusing the bug that's how we heard about it when one of their people shared the "cheat". I opened tickets and sent them video proof of one of my alts exploiting the bug and spelled out exactly how the bug works. The person I spoke with at CG help said that the video I sent did not show a bug and everything was working as intended. Nothing was getting done...

So I took an alt in a farm guild we had and used the bugged redeploy tactic to get 3 stars in all territories just using 1 account. Something so over the top that it was obviously not wai. We self reported this to CG every day if the TB. Silence... but on day 4 or 5 of the TB the devs HAD TO ADDRESS HOW A SMALL GUILD WAS TIED FOR #1 and deployed one of the first ever hot fixes to an active TB - something that at the time they had claimed was impossible to do (when the wrong units appeared in wrong deployment sections they said they couldnt hotfix a TB).

Anyways I exposed the cheating by taking it to the extreme on an alt acct but some people were upset that they couldnt cheat in TB any longer. Someone who left our guild but had a friend in chat had his friend take screen shots of me talking about what I was doing. Those pics were sent to CG along with all my alts and ally codes and CG responded with what I said above.

Several guild members and all my alts and even my main account was banned for a week even though I didnt use all those accounts to exploit the game it was done on just 2 of the accounts.

I gave up playing the alts because my drops just sucked and after the ban the game seemed to run really slow and logging in and changing accounts was very time consuming so something happened. It's not that hard to have a log of accounts that have been banned or even just flagged and apply certain rules to those accounts different that the rest of the population of accounts. The game is basically an advanced website we log into and it has a database of all accounts and each account is a sub database. They can reduce rng just like they can buff rng and make drops guaranteed. They can do this globally and surely have the ability to do it on an account specific level.

Maybe they did maybe they didnt... I cant prove it if they did but certainly the possibility is there. Other games do similar things to track accounts with suspicious behavior or punish certain people for breaking tos or really whatever they want to change.

For example boom beach changed the max rng buff percentage of the statues but only for certain players. Some people can have statues that others just cant make and all the accounts are supposedly equal. It was done to try to balance the leaderboards because some players were running away from the rest so they limited their rng.

Ya maybe I deserved a ban or to get my account limited... but what made me really mad was that no one in the guild that told us about the cheat got banned. No one in the elite top guilds that used it got banned. But they sure slammed the hammer down on a couple small guilds that exploited the bug.

They have been ignoring bugs, turning a blind eye to exploits, and selectively enforcing ToS for a long time it's good Ahnold finally got a taste of it because he has a bigger following and CGs hippocritical actions are on a bigger stage now.

Yeah this is really hilarious. All these people complaining about this irrelevant stuff. Selective enforcement of ToS? Who actually cares. Negotiating with cheaters? Could be a new business model. If you can't stop/deal with them then then negotiate and make $ deals with them, ez money. New content? There's this tool they've been working on forever (soon we'll get some definite info on it, I'm sure!!) and we're soon drowning in the ocean of content that was promised for 2020. I mean c'mon it's early 2020 still so we got time. They have a 5-year plan, they just need money (Dutch Van Der Linde). Communication? Who needs that? As long as I get the stuff they've promised in their rare Q&A's/RA's/SOTG's it's fine.

@BobcatSkywalker - I mentioned you in another thread and I remember them talking about how they can’t hit fix a TB while in progress because of the “newest” toons in platoons... that was BS, because I remember them patching the live TB.

I'm not mad. Oh wait, yes I am.

But not mad about the YouTube dude getting caught. As far as the "community" being outraged, of course some are. But I doubt they represent the majority who just have fun playing the game. Hopefully they start launching some new content soon....and maybe a better mod manager. Other than that I'm happy with the whales going all out getting the latest galactic legend, allowing the game to remain low cost for many. I'll get there eventually.

Part pf me misses the days when I was the TVF of the forum. But the free-est I've ever felt was when I realized that there's just a big bulk of people on this forum who are bound and determined to be unhappy no matter what happens. They justify it by saying they spend money on the game, but don't bother to accept that they could always just NOT spend so much, but that would mean not finishing first in their pre-negotiated arena payout for that day, which would mean...... I guess it would mean they're failures at life or something?

I never understood the "I must have everything at all costs as soon as it comes out" mentality. You guys seem miserable and entitled and every time something comes out you get angry. Why choose to live like that?

Anyway. Once I figured out that their misery WAS their happiness, I just stopped bothering. Now I'm much happier and am enjoying the game so much more without those crabs trying to keep me in their bucket.
