Why is Tuesday's Guild Activity not "Spend energy in ship PVE battles?"

It seems a 100% obvious solution to the problem of Tues/Wed being the only 24hr period in the week that the resource utilized for guild activities overlaps with both surrounding days. This doesn't hap...
