Why no ROTE Sith CM?

Maybe they're still trying to figure out what new planets they can add to make us build more of our roster to R9?  So many Sith already need to be R7+ so it doesn't really matter.

I'm sure at some point we'll need ughnaught at R12 for a planet because their concern isn't doing a realistic TB, nor a TB without 5700% RNG added, it's just about getting us to relic up more useless and crap characters.

Perhaps instead of new planets and new CMs, CG will actually reduce the excessive and bogus amount of RNG hitting us in TB?  I've got teams beating CMs before we fill operations and after the operations are all filled up, my teams are getting destroyed.  I should be able to full auto missions with maxed operations CG,  So what's your malfunction this time?  (And that includes that phase 2 Geonosis fleet mission where we face a malevolence with geo ships that are pumped up to crazy levels of bonus and assist attacks because you don't know anything about balance.)

Seriously, TB is getting even worse and you're making us do more work to get through them, along with relicing more characters to stupid levels, when so many of them are garbage.
