Why not Relic Delta just for the leader instead of the whole team?

Maybe it would be a solution for the Relic Delta mess, if Relic Delta was only related to the leader and not to the entire team!

The team leader could receive the following bonuses from Relic 5 onwards:

+ 10% damage at R5

+ 20% damage at R7

+ 30% damage at R8

+ 50% damage at R9

That would also make a significant difference and reward striving for higher relic levels.

But since it's limited to the leader only, the impact isn't so big that it would destroy the current, skill-based system as a whole - which really no one wants. Moreover, these changes are much easier to implement.
