Absolutely no synergy at all ... Not counting the fact that both are scoundrels and Boba Fett's lead gives all scoundrels a bonus to critical damage and chance ... But yes, no synergy what so ever!
and here's the thing, enemies in conquest hit hard, there's no significant synergy between them and you sacrifice a team member for the feat. even outside conquest, you build clearly scoundrel or bounty hunter teams, rarely mix them.
