Why shoretrooper?

Shore was the first released R1 character, he got released in the same way as baze (tournaments) , why he's still at premium price (80 per shard) while baze got reduced price more than a month ago? h...

Premium price... does this mean the 320 crystals for 4 shards yet some characters have 3 for 150 crystals?
