If I read it right: the "bottom 10%" situation applies when you are being relegated LEAGUES (not DIVISIONS); so right now, you are being relegated now to DIVISION Kyber 2, but if you continue losing and end up in K5 at the end of the season, you will be considered bottom 10% and relegated to Aurodium 1.
That stands to reason. Now they just need to clarify what causes promotion and relegation within divisions of a league.
It's a known issue that the first GAC under this new system is going to be wonky as hell because of how initial Skill Rankings were set. As it goes along the matchmaking will become more accurate. I just wish I fully understood how the mechanics work.
