I'm a new player and y'all drop new characters just for me to not be able to complete their tier 2 battle? I'm not even a level 85 and I don't have money, I'm too young to work, it's not really fair ...

You're in the very early game, you should be focusing on core teams not the new and shiny stuff.
Check out the many f2p guides on YouTube it will be help your progress immensely.
