You're talking in absolutes....you know about that right? It's very Darth Darthy.  You  need to be a bit more "Let go JLBTheAmazing, use the force-ish".  Padme is a stepping stone on your journey.  Look around!!!  Look at the other stepping stones, the near ones!!!  You will need droids for GAS.  You will need Geos for Wat!  You need Wat for JMK, you need GAS for LV....stepping stones (breath in deeply and exhale....'pphhhhwooooohhhh'.

Think about the bigger picture and modal verbs like 'could', 'might', 'would' and 'should' and you'll reach jedi-hood in a much better state.

harvestmouse1 is wise, you should listen to him or her.  There is a learning curve with Padmé's Journey Quest.  You tell me, if it were an easy quest to complete... would you become a better player?  By completing the event, you will have proven you can work on something difficult, try it from multiple angles, and overcome it in the end.  That shows both patience and persistence.  Patience is a virtue, so is persistence.  It is a good practice to push yourself.  Let's look forward a bit.  If you are in the Grand Arena, I can tell you that getting out of Carbonite is... difficult to say the least.  Some people you face will have vastly more GPU.  Some will have more Relic-ed units or higher Relic-ed units... probably both.  Some will have Galactic Legends.  Is your present fight not a good proving ground for later fights?  If you learn different strategies for overcoming hard things, then you will defeat much harder things later.  And, at that point?  You will look back and remember all the wonderful people who gave you advice.  Just kidding... 😁.  You will look back and be glad that you did the hard thing rather than avoided it.  That is about all I have.  I speak to much... harvestmouse1 is way more encouraging than I will ever be... 🤣.  I still have much to learn.  Good luck in your fight!  I wish you well in it!

P.S.  Go for the Geonosian team... it will be easier to complete Padmé's Quest.  I wish I had done that my first time through.  They are, as you stated, somewhat hard to get, but they are very good at fighting together... making them useful later in the game.

Aside from mods maybe taking characters up to relic levels. However another thing to keep in mind her hardest tier is nothing compared to unlocking DR. Aphra on the Hondo Mission. Relic 5 Hondo is required and at Relic 5 to about 7 or 8 he can get one tapped. Again depends on modding. Heck you need her for the General Skywalker mission and the last teir battle can be done at Gear 12 yet taking to relics again will help for sure. It can be annoying. Then you got the annoying Jar Jar one as well as the Mando one. Not trying to Scare you but this is what CG does. Makes things RNG based. Some times the enemy units will roll tons of lower numbers and choose different abilities and thats when your able to get a win out of it. Don't give up. Yes its a time crunch. I have a friend still struggling with the Bo Katan event and still hasnt got her. Its annoying. I personally feel stats and the game should detect if the unit is atleast 2 gear or relic levels higher that it should make it easier, yet at times it doesn't. Very annoying. 

Rage quit you will, foreseen it I have…many, many more difficult journeys there are!
